History

Diplomat Corporation Ltd has over 20 years of experience in marketing, sales, representation, transportation and shipping of goods. Its main activity is wholesale of electrical household appliances.
     Products under trademark Diplomat^® are manufactured by many proven Bulgarian and worldwide producers: Ferroli Group (Italy), Best SPA (Italy), Cointra Godesia, SA (Spain), Kumtel (Turkey), Skladova Technica (Gorna Orjahovica) and many other companies which Diplomat Corporation Ltd. is an official dealer.
     Clients of the company are the largest hypermarkets and retail chains for household appliances, and more than 500 trading companies having retail outlets throughout the country.
     Diplomat Corporation Ltd. has its own offices and warehouse facilities at strategic locations in the whole country – Lukovit, Sofia and Plovdiv. Extremely important advantage of the company is excellent logistics network. Transport and commercial vehicles daily supply our products to all parts of Bulgaria.
 
Diplomat Corporation Ltd over the years:

1990 - In Lukovit, successfully launched the first store of the company, then found similar stores in the cities of Cherven Briag, Pirdop, Etropole Kneja, Slatina, Botevgrad.

1995 - Founded Diplomat Corporation Ltd (then "Rikoshet" Ltd.), headquartered Lukovit. There is an effective distribution network, warehouse and its own fleet. The company establishes its market position.
 
1998 - Started to operate its own sales offices in Sofia and Plovdiv.
 
2001 - Diplomat Corporation Ltd registered its own trademark Diplomat^®, offering under it to the Bulgarian market electric and gas water heaters, fireplaces, electric and gas heaters, small and large ovens, hoods, vacuum cleaners, build-in hobs and other. Only a few years Diplomat^® has become the preferred brand for household appliances in many Bulgarian homes.
 
2004 - Outstanding success for the company. Diplomat Corporation Ltd. became the first Bulgarian company certified under international quality standard ISO 9001:2000 for the marketing of white goods and Diplomat^® - one of the 100 most successful brands in Bulgaria.

2010 - Diplomat Corporation Ltd chooses as its new partner, the Italian multinational company Ferroli Group - with over 55 years experience and traditions in the business with water heaters.

Ferroli Group has 13 production centres in Italy, Spain, Germany, Poland, Romania and China and 6 R&D centres worldwide. The company implemented successful sales in over 120 countries worldwide.  
2010 - Diplomat Corporation Ltd receives quality certificate ISO 9001:2008.
